WE have decided that Constitution Hill will take his chance in the G1 Fighting Fifth Hurdle at Newcastle on Saturday.

Michael and I, along with Nico, have discussed the situation and with the ground and weather as it currently is we believe it makes sense to run now because he’s fit, well, and ready to go.

We could’ve waited another two weeks for the Unibet International Hurdle at Cheltenham but who knows what the weather will be like then; as we all know, plenty can change in a day, let alone 14 days!

Epatante will also take her chance because we can’t not run two horses just because they are trained by the same person. Look what happens in Ireland when they’re always running horses from the same yard against each other.

All being well this will take us nicely into the Christmas hurdle at Kempton on Boxing Day.
