2019 Women’s Nations League — 21 May to 7 July

Netherlands vs China — 5 June at 13:30 BST

China come into this match as heavy favourites. So much so, that we’re not currently offering odds on them winning! Netherlands can be backed at 16.00 to secure an unlikely victory in Hong Kong.

But this doesn’t mean the game isn’t worth watching and betting on. Remember, it was only June last year that Netherlands beat China 3-1. And while China beat he Europeans 3-0 last time they met in October, this Dutch side could at least push their hosts on Wednesday.

A worthwhile bet may be to back China at 1.32 to win with a -2.5 handicap. That is effectively backing the Chinese to win 3-0 again. It’s probably the best price you’ll get on a result in this game — and means when you’re following the action it’ll make fascinating viewing!

Belgium vs Serbia — 6 June at 19:15 BST

The big game from Europe on Thursday night comes from Kortrijk, where hosts Belgium take on a Serbia side that stuffed Poland 3-0 this week. Both Belgium and Poland are seen as outsiders to win the 2019 Women’s Nations League but they’ll head into this pool match with confidence.

Belgium beat Russia 3-0 on Tuesday and a win over Serbia could see them move into the top four of the Preliminary Round. But can they do it? Well, recent history suggests not. Serbia beat Belgium 3-0 in last year’s Women’s Nations League and in fact have won their last four meetings with Thursday’s hosts.

Belgium’s sole win vs Serbia in their last seven games was a 3-2 triumph at the Montreux Masters back in 2016. This game is surely Serbia’s to win.

USA vs Brazil — 7 June at 01:30 BST

The USA have had a reasonably strong start to the 2019 Women’s Nations League with wins over the likes of Italy and Serbia. But they were downed 3-2 by Dominican Republic at the end of May and that came as a shock.

The Americans were one of the early favourites to win the 2019 Women’s Nations League but need to keep the momentum up. They beat South Korea 3-1 on June 4 and play Brazil a day after they clash with Germany — a match the USA should win on home soil.

As for Brazil, they have endured a mixed campaign so far but stuffed hosts China 3-0 in their opening game. That shows just how dangerous the Brazilians can be and they should not be written off here.

This should be a thrilling encounter and remember, you can bet and watch the volleyball live stream direct to your smartphone, tablet or computer all tournament with Unibet!
