City have not exactly been tested in pre-season and their last outing was a 3-1 victory over Yokohama a week ago. They therefore head into this clash at Wembley potentially not up to speed — something that could greatly help Liverpool.
Still, City are 1.90 to win the Community Shield and could well walk it if they dance to Pep’s tune.

The Reds have their top stars back and, while some may not be 100 per cent fit after competing in international tournaments this summer, Liverpool have enough firepower to hurt City.
