IT WAS terribly disappointing to hear that the final day of Glorious Goodwood would be run without a crowd tomorrow as racing with the Goodwood team have worked so hard in preparing for such an important day. However, Glorious At Home has been a tremendous success in engaging regular and new racing fans. There will be big TV audiences tomorrow for the Unibet Stewards’ Cup as well as the rest of a cracking card.

Enjoy

1.50 Goodwood Unibet Stewards’ Sprint Handicap (6f)

Tommy G (nap) for Jim Goldie has a fantastic record in this race, finishing second, first and third in the last three runnings of this race.

Back to form with a good second to Prompting (won the Unibet Summer Mile on Friday) at Ayr earlier this month. Drawn stall 1 might just be the place to be as Poyle Vinnie won from 1 last year. Silvestre De Sousa is an important booking, having ridded Tommy G previously.

Unibet 7/1 each way

2.25 Goodwood Unibet Summer Handicap (1m 2f)

Mordred for inform Unibet Ambassador Richard Hannon has form figures of 1222 and can step up here. His last start when second behind Cape Cavalli at York was impressive.

Unibet 9/1 each way

3.00 Goodwood Qatar Lillie Langtry Stakes Group 2 (1m 6f)

Enbihaar can follow up on last year’s easy success, with the quick ground conditions ideal.

She had her seasonal debut on soft at the July Festival, finishing fourth and doing all her best work at the finish. Enbihaar will be much sharper today and she can return to the winners’ enclosure once again, having won four times last season on quick going.

Unibet 4/5 win

3.35 Goodwood Unibet Stewards’ Cup Handicap (6f)

Watan for Unibet Ambassador Richard Hannon had excellent form as a two-year-old including a debut win here, He has been tried over 7 furlongs and 1 mile in Group races but a strongly run 6 furlongs is what he wants based on his latest effort at Newbury. That was his first start of the season and he is seven pounds better off with Nahaarr here. Could have improvement to come, only having had 8 starts and is drawn middle in stall 16, which is ideal. Ryan Moore takes the ride.

Unibet 11/1 each way

Ajady has been running well since joining Robert Cowell and has form figures of 131. His win at Windsor last time out showed him in better form than ever. There is more to come from stall 18.

Unibet 20/1 each way

4.10 – Qatar Handicap (7f)

Society Lion for Michael Stoute travelled very well at Doncaster on his latest start over today’s trip when just denied by Tiger Crusade. Last season his one career victory was over this trip and the ground will be ideal. Society Lion can win on his fourth start of the season.

Unibet 9/4 win
