ASCOT
13:50 G3 Princess Margaret Stakes
System
She’s a filly we’ve always thought a great deal of and she displayed a great attitude to win a Listed race at Newmarket last time. This is another step up in grade but the decent ground should suit and we’ve got her entered up in all the big races so we’re hopeful of a very bold show.
15:00 International Stakes
Motakhayyel
He’s been an absolute star for the yard and carries only a 3lbs penalty for his second win in the Bunbury Cup last time because this is an early closer. We know he handles the track and ground so there’s no reason why he can’t go very well again. This is a typically competitive race but he’s drawn well in 19 and I’m looking forward to running him.
Unibet's 15 To Go will be available on this race.
YORK

Typhoon Ten
He’s a model of consistency and loves a strong run six furlongs on decent ground, which he’s got here, so the step back down in trip is a positive and he goes there in great form. He’s a big price but ought to run his race and represents solid each way value.
Unibet's 15 To Go will be available on this race.
17:00
Mark Of Gold
He’s gradually coming back down the Handicap which is a help because he’s yet to really fire this season. That said, any rain will help his cause and he worked well the other day, but he does need to step up on recent efforts to be seriously considered here.
NEWMARKET
15:05
Desert Angel
He improved for the step up to seven at Ascot last time, is getting better and better each day, and I think he’s ready to win. He put in a very good piece of work on Tuesday and Thore’s 3lb claim is an added plus. He’ll go very close.
18:25
Escape
Effectively he’s racing off a mark of 70 having been dropped 3lbs and taking into account his jockey’s claim, so he doesn’t really have any excuses from that point of view and if he can keep in a straight line he could run a nice race.
SALISBURY
18:35
Zoltan Star
He didn’t run too badly in the Super Sprint when he wasn’t beaten all that far in sixth and I think the step back up to six furlongs will be on his side. To be honest I’m amazed he’s still running in Maiden races.
Farhh North
She’s a nice filly from a family we know very well who has shown ability at home but I do think she’ll improve for the run.
19:35
Bella Notte
She is very versatile ground wise and likes the track having won here over seven furlongs, but she’s got lots of pace so has no problem whether it’s six or seven and I fancy her to run a big race under Pat Cosgrave.
Dewey Road
He badly needed his first run back at Haydock so should be much sharper here and Liam takes 7lbs off which could mean he’s quite well treated over a distance he likes.
Theotherside
She’s a very sweet filly who tries very hard and you could set your watch by her, but she is handicapped to the hilt due to her consistency and for that reason you’d have to worry here. That said, she’s in fine form at home and hopefully can take advantage of the slight step down in grade.
