12:45 Maiden 

Keep Right On (Sean Levey) 

I was very pleased with his first run and despite being quite keen he actually finished very well so I’ve got no concerns with the trip and this track should suit his style of racing as he’s quite a free going colt. There is no doubt he’s come on for the run and I rate his chance quite highly. 

Grand Scheme (Pat Dobbs) 

I think he found 6 furlongs a bit too sharp first time out as he’s got slightly outpaced so the extra quarter mile should see him in a much better light. His work has been good at home and he’s improved for that first experience so should run a nice race. 

1:15 Seller 

Jen’s Fella (Thore Hammer-Hansen) 

He’s been well beaten on all three runs to date so we are now going into Selling Company and with a bit of luck he can take advantage but I wouldn’t be overly confident. 

2:25 Handicap 

Typhoon Ten (Sean Levey) 

He’s been in great form this season and I thought he ran a cracker in the Great St Wilfrid at Ripon last time where he wasn’t being far at all. He is very pacey, pretty versatile ground wise and will like the track. 

3:00 Handicap  

Al Madhar (Jim Crowley) 

He was a little bit disappointing at Ascot last time in his first Handicap but may not of got the trip so we’re going back down two furlongs and a bit of cut could help as well, although he certainly wouldn’t want it to the extreme. His work has always been very good and I’m not giving up on him just yet so write him off at your peril.

Cloak Of Spirits (Andrea Atzeni) 

I thought she ran very well under the circumstances in France last time where she looked like  holding on but the heavy ground was definitely against her so I’m hoping there’s not too much rain around as that would be a slight worry, but the return to 7 furlongs will be in her favour and she receives various allowances which are a big plus. She’s a very talented filly and you’d have to say she has a fantastic chance.
