She won nicely on debut at Yarmouth although I’m not sure how good the race actually was as a few have run since and they’ve all been beaten but I thought she displayed a good turn of foot so I’ve got no worries with the drop back to five furlongs. This is obviously a very big step up but she’s very forward and is a filly we think an awful lot of. She worked nicely on Tuesday and I’m hopeful she can run a big race.

Kemble (Sean Levey)

She has plenty of experience which will be a big help in a race like this and she ran well on her debut over course and distance at the Craven meeting so we know she handles the track. On ratings, she’s got a little bit to find to trouble the favourite but she’s in good form and has solid each-way claims.

She’s a very likeable filly who has held her form well since we put the blinkers on her and this looks an ideal race to gain some valuable Black Type. Ideally, we’d prefer good ground so if there’s any more rain, I’d be slightly concerned but she has plenty of ability and I’m very confident she can put up a decent show.

He’s won 13 races and over £600,000 in prize money so it’s fair to say he owes us absolutely nothing but if we can nab another race before the season finishes I’ll be delighted. There’s prize money right down to fifth place so we’re guaranteed at least £3,200 but hopefully, he can manage a little better than that as he’s extremely versatile and in great form at home.
