NEWBURY
3:35 Super Sprint
Miss Collada (Tom Marquand)
We made an early decision to aim for this race, so skipped Royal Ascot, and I’ve been been very happy with her since Salisbury. That race might not have worked out particularly well, but this filly is improving all the time and is on an upward trajectory. She possesses plenty of class and has every chance.

Elyam (Jim Crowley)
He’s a very handsomely bred colt by Kingman out of Tajaanus, who was a Group Three winner for us a few years ago. His work has been to a decent standard and he’s ready to go.
Maximus Alexios (Sean Levey)
He’s had a couple of runs and showed better form second time at Goodwood when dropped back in trip so I think a stiff six here will be right up his street. He worked well the other day and shouldn’t disgrace himself.

Circe (Hollie Doyle)
She should’ve finished a lot closer at Southwell last time but got caught in traffic and by the time she got a run, it was too late. She’s a nice filly, though, and is still unexposed. She had a very minor issue that has kept her off since April, but she’s plenty fit enough and will go nicely.

Wallop (Pat Dobbs)
He hasn’t won for a while, owing to a few little problems, which means he’s still very lightly raced but he still retains plenty of ability and has been given a small chance by the handicapper. He’s dropping down a couple of grades and tackles seven furlongs for the first time.
