NEWMARKET

1:35

Brasilian Princess (Sean Levey)
She ran a silly race at Newmarket last time when running very keen and Rossa had to try and drop her out and teach her to race and relax before trying to do anything else and hopefully she’s getting the idea of things, but she’ll have a mark after this and if she doesn’t win today she’ll definitely be seen to good effect in Handicaps.

Go Senator Go (Sean Levey)
He ran a very good race on his first run over this trip last time and he’s getting better with each run. We’ve always liked him and if he handles the soft ground he’d have a great chance in what is a very valuable contest.

Starmas (Jamie Spencer)
I was pleased with her effort at Salisbury over a mile, but the drop back in trip won’t be a problem because she’s not short of pace and we’ll make plenty of use of her if we have to. The ground is a bit of an unknown factor, but as I say, she gets further so if it turns into a stamina test she’ll be finishing well.

Tessa (Sam Hitchcott)
She’s a tough little filly with a great attitude who’s been very consistent all the way through and it’s a shame she hasn’t managed to win anything yet because it’s not been for the want of trying! This a tough race but it’s good prize money and definitely worth having a shot at.

Pure Dreamer (Sean Levey)
He’s been a revaluation since being gelded and it was great to see him get his head back in front over course and distance last time, beating (and giving weight to) Bergerac who came out and won at York last week. He’s now up to a career high handicap mark so has to tackle these Listed races but he deserves to be there and handles soft ground.

Bet Me (Pat Dobbs)
She ran a funny sort of race at Sandown last time, but she’s better than that and I’m hoping the return to this course, where she won on debut, will see her in a better light.
Her work is always very good and she’ll love the ground. She’s a filly with plenty of ability and I’d like to think she won’t be far away, but this is pretty competitive race so if she can finish in the money I’ll be delighted.

Tacarib Bay (Pat Dobbs)
I think the drop back to seven furlongs on soft ground will be right up his street and he ran very well at Ascot in a good Handicap last time. We’ve given him a few days on the easy list and freshened him up so he arrives here in very good form and has every chance.

Unibet’s 15 To Go offer is available for this race

Lavender Beauty (Pat Dobbs)
She ran a very nice race on debut and will have learnt a lot from it. This doesn’t look the strongest Novice and she probably rates as our best chance of the day.

Grand Scheme (Pat Dobbs)
He’s a lovely big horse with a nice galloping stride and enjoys doing his own thing in front so we’ll try and carry out the same tactics again and he gets this trip well. He’s a very likeable animal and I can’t see any reason why he won’t go very close.

WINDSOR

5:02

Nanga Parbat (Dane O’Neill)
I thought he’d almost win at Chelmsford last time over a mile but he raced much too keen and didn’t get home so we’re dropping back in trip which will hopefully help. He always shows a decent level of form at home and is more than capable of winning races.
