He’s a pretty sharp horse who has done everything we have asked at home and he’s quite forward compared to some of our other juveniles. As with many of ours I expect him to improve for the experience but this is a good starting point and he should run a nice race.

She is not particularly well treated at the weights and the favourite should be very hard to beat but she’s got some pretty smart form and has won at the track. That latest run at Lingfield has sharpened her up quite nicely and I wouldn’t be surprised to see her put up a bold show in a race that could prove tactical.

I was delighted with his run at Doncaster last week when he was only beaten a short head giving away a lot of weight to the eventual winner. He is a very tough horse who takes his racing well so I haven’t got any concerns about backing him up after just eight days because he’s enjoyed a couple of days out in our grass pens soaking up the sun so he arrives here a happy horse and on his latest run he should be hard beat.

She got put up 9lbs for her Lingfield win last time but she appeared to win with plenty in hand and I still think there could be more to come so I’d be quite keen on her chances in this one.
