She finished third in a Grade 1 bumper in France in November 2023, the last time we saw her on the track, so she has obviously been off for a long while. She clearly has plenty of ability and hopefully she will show that here. I imagine she could be sharper for the run after that absence but this race has obviously cut up a bit.

His last run at Kempton was a complete non-event after he got badly hampered at the start, and I pulled him up after the first. If he gets away cleanly here I’d be hopeful of a good run – as we were at Kempton – as he has returned to hurdles on a good mark, some 3lb lower than his Betfair Hurdle fourth, after not taking to fences on his reappearance. This looks a pretty decent handicap, though.

She clearly has a fair bit to find with Della Casa Lunga at these weights but we think she is a bit better than she showed in the Gerry Feilden last time and the step back up in trip will definitely suit.
