On The Blind Side
He has clearly not run up to his best on his last two starts and ideally he would want better ground than the heavy ground he will encounter here but, as the highest-rated horse in the race against just four rivals, he clearly has a big chance at his best. While I mentioned the ground not being ideal, he does go on it – in fact, it was officially heavy when we won at Market Rasen last year – and you don’t have to go back too far for a performance that would give him winning claims here, that being his Newbury second in November.

Neil the Legend
He came back to us last year and you could not have been anything but delighted by his wide-margin win for me in deep ground at Warwick on his return. He has gone up 11lb for it and the runner-up didn’t advertise the form last time , but he has his conditions and he is clearly in very good nick, so you have to be hopeful.
