SANDOWN PARK
12:05 Watch Unibet Racing Post Postcast Maiden Hurdle
Khrisma (Nico de Boinville)
She came to us having shown very smart form in AQPS flat races in France and is by Pastorious, sire of Lucky Place who won the Relkeel Hurdle on New Year’s Day, so make what you will with that nugget of information! She wears a hood at home because she can be quite hot headed so we’re keeping it on and hopefully it will keep her calm. She is an unknown quantity, but I like what I see, and she shouldn’t have any issues with the ground.
1:15 Try Unibet’s New Acca Boosts Seniors’ Hcap Hurdle
Doddiethegreat (Nico de Boinville)
He didn’t particularly enjoy jumping fences and then everything went wrong at Kempton on Boxing Day when the starter shouldn’t have let them go and he and Nico found themselves 50 meters detached so it was no point carrying on. He’s still quite unexposed and a stiff two and a half around Sandown is right up his street. With a bit of luck he can get his career back on track here.
2:25 Try Unibet’s New Smartview Racecards Mares’ Hurdle
Aston Martini (Nico de Boinville)
I thought she stayed on quite nicely at Newbury last time, albeit never threatening to win, but the step back up in trip will help, and she’s quite a capable mare. Obviously, we are on the lookout for Black Type, and now she’s back against her own sex, we should see her in a much better light.

Johnny’s Jury (James Bowen)
He’s a typical dashing grey by Jukebox Jury with a lovely pedigree who has been showing up quite nicely at home. But this is obviously his first day and school and it will be valuable education for him.
3:15 Unibet More Extra Place Races Hcap Hurdle
Kado De Joie (James Bowen)
I was very impressed with his win at Lingfield last time where he clearly relished the step up in trip. The Handicapper put him up 6lbs for that, but he’s progressing nicely and is thriving at present.
