ROYAL ASCOT
Defoe
3/1 from 9/2
DEFOE is the one to beat here based on his Coronation Cup success at Epsom Downs and punters are siding with him in what looks a lesser contest. Last year's Derby winniner Masar is an interesting rival but he returns from a lengthy absence and that might explain the support for the in form, match fit Defoe.
Blue Point
4.20pm
7/4 from 9/4
BLUE POINT was an impressive winner of the Kings Stand on Tuesday and the sectionals showed he hit the line full of running so the return to six furlongs here shouldn't be a problem. He's the horse for money as punters think the in form sprinter is the banker of the day and it's not hard to see why!
Blue Point does it again! He joins an exclusive list of dual winners in the King's Stand and gets the win for @godolphin. #AscotOnSky pic.twitter.com/I1hOitLW8c

Gunmetal
5.00pm
9/1 from 12/1
We are paying SIX PLACES on the Wokingham Handicap today and have seen good each-way support for GUNMENTAL. Going into Royal Ascot he was actually our biggest loser on this day as we laid him at a top price 40/1 but he's now a single figure price. He's been competing in the right races and this return to six furlongs will suit him after a good show in the Investec Dash at Epsom.
