ASCOT

Cleonte

3.25pm
12/1 from 16/1

The Andrew Balding yard is firing on all cylinders and CLEONTE, a course and distance winner, has the assistence of SDS today on his return from his winter break. He has a bit to find on the ratings but stamina is assured and he will be doing all his best work late. An interesting outsider.

Canvassed

4.25pm
4/1 from 6/1

There has to be serious doubts about the returning Barney Roy and it's not hard to see why punters are keen to take him on. Unbeaten CAVASSED is the one we've seen money for. He could be anything, having one two lower grade races in serious style.

We are paying AN EXTRA PLACE on this race. We are also paying AN EXTRA PLACE on the 7.15pm at Punchestown, the 4.05pm at Nottingham and the 4.45pm at Newcastle.

PUNCHESTOWN

Conron

3.40pm
13/2 from 11/1

Unibet ambassador Jessica Harrington has shared her thoughts on CONRON in her exclusive Unibet blog and perhaps this, in part, explains the strong support for him this morning. She seemed very confident of a big run from the unexposed 5yo who bolted up on the flat just 5 days ago. Clearly in good nick, he could follow up in the opener at Punchestown this afternoon!

We are paying AN EXTRA PLACE on this race, as well as the 5.35pm at Ascot and the 5.45pm at Brighton.

Vision D'Honneur

4.55pm
15/8 from 5/2

VISION D'HONNEUR has mixed it in some pretty serious company this season, and it's possible the ground went against him at Cheltenham. This looks an easier task and he's hardened at the head of the market here for Gordon Elliott and Jack Kennedy.
