I HAVE been on the side lines for a while with an ankle injury – it happened two Saturdays ago – but I am glad to say that it has been healing very well.
I even went for some cryotherapy to help the recovery process recently, and the aim is to be back early next week.

I could have tried for this weekend, but it can back-fire on you if rush these things.
I’ve had a look at the two Group 1s at Epsom on Friday, and it is Kew Gardens for me on better ground in the Coronation Cup and Mehdaayih in the Oaks.
I actually think that Maqsad could be the most talented filly in the race but I am worried about her stamina, and there are no doubts on that score with the impressive Chester winner.
Pink Dogwood is not flashy and could be a lot better than she has shown so far, but she doesn’t deserve to be so short in the market on what she has done so far. So, of the others, I like Lingfield winner Anapurna best.
