This looks a pretty hot 1m4f handicap and my horse is 1lb out of the weights. But you can argue that he is the least exposed after just three starts, and he comes in here after a Chelmsford novice win last month, his first start since February. The runner-up won his next start by 6 lengths, so I would like to think he is on a very fair mark and hopefully, the step up to 1m4f should suit, as there is stamina on the dam's side. His work in the lead-up to this race has been very good, and I think he can be very competitive off this mark.
