I'LL BE a long way from Epsom but my idea of the 1-2-3 in the Derby are Sir Dragonet, Telecaster and Bangkok. I’d be a lot more confident about Sir Dragonet if it were soft ground, but he did look immense at Chester.
It does look a very open race, and hopefully I will be doing some winning of my own at Musselburgh.

She had form on soft and fast ground last season, so the weather and going shouldn’t be a factor, and she was clearly very impressive when winning on her return in a Salisbury handicap over this trip. Black type is the immediate aim for her now, and she looks to have good place claims at least, although she is drawn widest in eight and this is clearly a very competitive Listed race. I was lucky enough to win this race on Unforgetable Filly a couple of years ago, and hopefully this filly can do the same.

He was a fair hurdler last season, winning here in November, and he returned to the Flat to run a very promising third over 1m4f at Newmarket last month. He won over hurdles in blinkers, and he is tried again in cheek pieces here over a longer trip that promises to suit.
