Brian The Snail
He has been in good form of late, winning at Doncaster and then returning to that level of form at Newcastle last time. He steps back to the minimum trip here but he has won two of his three starts at this distance, and you have to expect this will be a strongly-run race, so that will play to his strengths. The ground is a plus too, and he looks on a fair mark still.

He only lost out by the smallest margin on his debut at Kempton last month, and hopefully he can go one better with that run under his belt. The winner didn’t run badly in Listed company next time and this well-related colt looks set to relish this extra furlong. He looks to have a great chance after that debut effort.”

Moon Artist
Although beaten nearly 10 lengths, she probably ran as well as she has done when fifth at Windsor last time. Obviously, more will be required here but I think the step down in trip will help her.
