Chepstow
6.00pm
Sunshineandbubbles
She ran a better race when third at Wolverhampton, and she races off a 5lb lower mark on her return to turf here. She wore a visor last time but they are replaced by cheek pieces here , and you have to think that it is a big plus, as nearly all of her best efforts have come in that type of headgear. It’s obviously a very competitive race, but she is definitely on a mark that she can go well off.
6.30pm
Ourmullion
He is fit from quite a busy time hurdling and he returns to the Flat on a fair mark on his 2017 form. There is a fair bit of rain around in the next 24 hours, which is a bit of a worry looking at his form, but hopefully it doesn’t get too bad. He is another who has switched headgear, this time to blinkers, and the stable are going well.
7.30pm
Kasuku
She was beaten a fair way on her debut at Windsor but it was certainly not a run without promise, and you can expect her to be sharper for the outing. She is related to winners, and Ralph has his team in great form.
8.00pm
Another Boy
He was having his first run since November when down the field at Windsor last month, so he was entitled to need that, plus he has been dropped 3lb for it. He is also a course winner and this 7f probably will suit him better too, so he has claims off his light weight. He acts on any going, too.
8.30pm
Glamorous Rocket
He hasn’t beaten a horse home in two starts this season, but he wasn’t beaten far last time and he has come down 3lb in the weights now. That enables him to drop in grade to this 0-75 handicap and he now looks pretty well handicapped on his 2018 form. He probably wouldn’t want too much rain, though.
9.00pm
Edged Out
She goes really well here, winning three times, and she has won on fast ground and with some give, too. She shaped pretty well on her return at Bath last month, and was dropped 2lb for it, and she is another who looks weighted to go well in this 0-60, for all she is a 9yo now.
