She’s from a very good family and her half brother, Charming Thought, won the Middle Park so she’s bred to be winning races. The hood is on to try and keep her relaxed and hopefully she can run a nice race, but this looks a decent Fillies’ Maiden and she’ll definitely improve for the run.

She’s a filly with plenty of ability who won really nicely in the G3 Unibet Sirenia Stakes at Kempton last time under Jim Crowley because I was elsewhere. The form of that race has worked out very well because the second, Wings Of War, came out and won the Mill Reef last week so that has a strong look to it and the ground at Newmarket should be ideal. The Cheveley Park is always a very competitive race, and this year’s renewal is no different, but she worked well in a nice easy gallop last week and with a bit of luck she can go close at decent odds.

I’ve never ridden him in a race but have sat on him at home and he’s a very nice ride to pick up. His form has been very solid all the way through and he seems a strong finisher so hopefully there’ll be a decent pace to aim at. On his best form he’s certainly not out of it and I’m looking forward to getting on a horse like this who has a realistic chance.

He’s a classy handicapper who has some decent form in races like this, and after winning at Meydan in January, his last three efforts since returning to the UK have been pretty decent. It’s the Cambridgeshire, remember, so nobody can be confident in a race like this but Saeed says this has been the plan all season and he’s reportedly in great form at home, so with a bit of luck in running, and on his very best form, it wouldn’t be the biggest surprise to see him go well.
