Man Of Riddles

I have ridden him on both his starts. He won on his debut at Wolverhampton back in March, the form of which worked out pretty well, but it probably all came a bit too soon for him when we stepped him to Listed company in soft ground at Goodwood last time. I think the better ground will suit him here and an opening handicap mark of 80 gives him chances. He may find the track a bit tricky but I rode him yesterday and he is in good order.

Robjon

He carries a penalty here for his debut win on fast ground, but he has strong form claims here nonetheless and ran his best race yet when second at Beverley last time. He has an obvious chance.

Maori Knight

He had come down a lot in the weights before his return at Chelmsford last month, and he was a very willing partner from the front in winning for me there. The runner-up was just touched off next time and I think he is still fairly weighted off a 4lb higher mark. Hopefully, he can get a good early position from stall four.
