Player to score – Diogo Jota (Liverpool v Burnley)
Liverpool must return to winning ways after last weekend’s defeat to Arsenal and a home match against Burnley presents them with an opportunity to do that. The Reds have won all but two of their home fixtures in the Premier League this season while Burnley have claimed just one victory on the road this term.
Diogo Jota has found the back of the net in each of his last two matches at Anfield and is in good goalscoring form for Liverpool. Mohamed Salah is still recovering from an injury picked up at the Africa Cup of Nations and so Jota is expected to keep his place in Jurgen Klopp’s starting lineup for Saturday.
Over 2.5 total goals – Tottenham v Brighton
Only Manchester City and Liverpool have scored more goals in the Premier League this season than Tottenham Hotspur while Brighton have also demonstrated cutting edge in front of goal, netting 42 times in 23 fixtures. This in itself points to the likelihood of Saturday’s meeting in North London producing drama.
There have been over 2.5 goals in Tottenham’s last six games in the Premier League. Ange Postecoglou’s team have also scored two or more goals in their last eight league fixtures. Spurs are scoring goals, but they are also leaking them having failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their last four games.
Match to be a draw – Bayer Leverkusen v Bayern Munich
The Bundesliga title race will come to a head on Saturday when table-toppers Bayer Leverkusen host defending champions Bayern Munich. Xabi Alonso’s team have set the pace until now, but victory for Harry Kane and co. would see them move to the top of the standings. It could be a turning point in the season.
Bayer Leverkusen held Bayern Munich to a draw in the meeting between the two rivals at the Allianz Arena earlier in the campaign. Alonso’s team have also drawn two of their last seven home matches in the league while Bayern Munich have won their last three games in-a-row
Both teams to score – Real Madrid v Girona
Real Madrid host Girona in a top-of-the-table clash in La Liga this Saturday. Carlo Ancelotti’s team are the only ones to have defeated Girona in the division this season with the tiny Catalan club still within touching distance of top spot after a 15-match unbeaten run which recently saw them beat Atletico Madrid and Barcelona.
Girona have netted an incredible 52 goals in just 23 fixtures this season while Real Madrid are ranked second for goals scored in the Spanish top flight this term. Everything points to both teams finding the back of the net at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday. It could be an entertaining encounter.

ASTON VILLA vs. MAN UNITED | BET BUILDER
Only a few weeks ago, Aston Villa would have been widely considered strong favourites for Sunday’s home fixture against Manchester United. Now, though, the landscape is slightly different with Unai Emery’s team on a run of just one win from their last five matches in all competitions. They have suffered a drop-off.
Manchester United, on the other hand, are on a winning run of there matches after beating Wolves and West Ham in the Premier League. Erik ten Hag’s team have finally found their scoring touch in front of goal having netted 11 goals in their last three outings including the FA Cup victory over Newport County.
