Player to score – Dominic Solanke (Tottenham v West Ham)
Dominic Solanke is becoming increasingly productive in front of goal for Tottenham Hotspur. He has registered three goals and two assists in his last five appearances for the North London side and will be a threat once again this weekend when Spurs face a West Ham side that hasn’t kept a clean sheet in their last five league outings.
Tottenham have struggled for consistent form over the early part of the season, but they have retained an attacking threat in the majority of the matches they have played, scoring nine goals in their last three Premier League matches. Saturday’s game will be an opportunity for Solanke to add to his tally.
Over 2.5 total goals – Bayer Leverkusen v Eintracht Frankfurt
Bayer Leverkusen’s Bundesliga title defence has started in faltering fashion with Xabi Alonso’s team already three points off the pace being set by Bayern Munich at the top of the table. The defending champions have drawn each of their last two league games and will face another tricky test against Eintracht Frankfurt this weekend.
Frankfurt have been the surprise package of the new Bundesliga season so far with only Bayern Munich and Leverkusen scoring more goals than The Eagles so far this term. Omar Marmoush has arguably been the best player in the league and could once again demonstrate his attacking quality this weekend.
Match to be a draw – Newcastle v Brighton
Newcastle United and Brighton might well be fighting for the same thing this season – European qualification. The two teams are currently sitting on the same number of points in the Premier League table ahead of Saturday’s meeting at St James’ Park which has the potential to be an entertaining encounter.
The Magpies have drawn each of their last two league fixtures while the Seagulls have drawn three of the seven matches they have played in the Premier League this season. Both teams have quality, but separating them from each other could prove difficult this weekend. A draw might be on the cards.
Both teams to score – Celta Vigo v Real Madrid
They might not be on the radar of most neutral fans, but Celta Vigo have been one of the most entertaining teams to watch in La Liga this season. Only Barcelona, Real Madrid and Villarreal have scored more goals than Celta in the division this term. Conversely, only Real Valladolid, Villarreal and Las Palmas have conceded more.
This suggests Saturday’s meeting between Celta Vigo and Real Madrid at Balaidos will be a goals-fest even if Los Blancos are without Kylian Mbappe who missed France’s Nations League matches through injury. Carlo Ancelotti’s team have scored in every league match they have played this season and that run should continue this weekend.

Liverpool vs Chelsea | Graham’s Bet Builder
Sunday’s big Premier League match will see Liverpool host Chelsea with both teams currently exceeding pre-season predictions. Arne Slot’s side have won six of their seven league matches, keeping six clean sheets in the process. Meanwhile, Chelsea haven’t lost in the league since the opening day defeat to Manchester City.
Liverpool have won the first half of their last three matches while Chelsea have scored under 1.5 goals in their last four games against the Reds. Eight of the last nine matches in all competitions between these two teams have ended in a draw, which suggests Sunday’s meeting could be a tight encounter.
