Player to score – Conor Gallagher (Chelsea v Leicester City)

Chelsea can earn a place in the semi-finals of the FA Cup against Leicester City on Sunday afternoon. Mauricio Pochettino’s team have fared better in the cup competitions than the Premier League this season with Conor Gallagher one of the players driving the Blues forward in both the FA Cup and Carabao Cup.

Gallagher has found the back of the net twice in the four FA Cup matches he has played this season. He has been a consistent threat for Chelsea and will have opportunities against Leicester at Stamford Bridge. Gallagher has notched a goal and an assist in his last two home matches for the Blues.

Over 2.5 total goals – Burnley v Brentford

Burnley need three points on Saturday to boost their slim chances of avoiding relegation from the Premier League. Vincent Kompany’s team have conceded two or more goals in each of their last seven league outings while Brentford have conceded two or more goals in 10 of their last 12 games in the division.

Thomas Frank’s team have lost nine of their last 10 away matches which suggests Burnley will have an opportunity to put three points on the board this weekend. The Bees will carry an attacking threat of their own, though, having scored in 11 of their last 12 league games with the one exception being away to Manchester City.

Match to be a draw – Luton v Nottingham Forest

Luton Town have earned a reputation for being involved in chaotic matches. The Hatters suffered a 4-3 defeat to Bournemouth mid-week having led 3-0 with Rob Edwards’ team also losing 3-2 to Aston Villa in their last home game. While Luton have been competitive, they are winless in their last seven league matches.

Nottingham Forest aren’t faring much better at the moment. Nuno Espirito Santo’s team have won just one of their last eight Premier League outings and are desperate for points to guide them away from relegation danger near the foot of the table. There is a lot riding on this weekend’s match, but will either team have the confidence to impose themselves on the other?

Both teams to score – Atletico Madrid v Barcelona

Atletico Madrid and Barcelona enter this weekend’s La Liga fixture fresh from making the quarter-finals of the Champions League during the week. Both teams are a long way adrift of Real Madrid at the top of the table, but still need points to make sure of their place in the top four with Atleti fourth and Barca third.

Diego Simeone’s team have scored two or more goals in five of their last six games at the Metropolitano. Barcelona haven’t been so reliable in front of goal, but they have genuine attacking talent in the shape of Robert Lewandowski and particularly Lamine Yamal who is in exceptional form for the Catalans.

Graham’s Bet Builder – Man United vs. Liverpool

Manchester United host Liverpool on Sunday with a place in the FA Cup semi-finals on the line. United have won just two of their last four matches at Old Trafford while Liverpool have won eight of their last nine games in all competitions. Jurgen Klopp’s team certainly have the greater momentum behind them.

Mohamed Salah started against Sparta Prague on Thursday and registered a goal and a hat trick of assists. The Egyptian is subsequently expected to start against Manchester United and is a good bet to find the back of the net. United have also conceded 20 shots in total in five of their last six matches, suggesting Liverpool will test Andre Onana.
