Player to score – Karim Benzema (R Madrid v Celta Vigo)

Real Madrid host Celta Vigo in La Liga this weekend after securing their passage through to the semi-finals of the Champions League against Chelsea during the week. Karim Benzema was a danger in both legs against the Blues and is a good bet to find the back of the net in this match at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Benzema has netted no fewer than seven times in his last six games for Real Madrid. Carlo Ancelotti’s team have drawn a blank in just one of their last 10 matches in all competitions with so much of their attacking play built around Benzema as the focal point. It’s almost guaranteed he will receive chances.

Over 2.5 total goals – Liverpool v Nottingham Forest

The door is still open enough for Liverpool to make a late run to finish in the top four, but Jurgen Klopp’s team must build momentum between now and the end of the season. The Reds have scored two or more goals in each of their last four Premier League home matches and there’s a good chance that run will continue this weekend.

Only Bournemouth (40) have conceded more goals in away matches in the Premier League this season than Nottingham Forest (36). Steve Cooper’s team have kept just two clean sheets in 15 matches on the road this season and while Liverpool are third top-scorers in the division when it comes to games in front of their own fans.

Match to be a draw – Leicester City v Wolves

Leicester City are in serious trouble. The Foxes are staring relegation from the Premier League directly in the face with the King Power Stadium outfit sitting in 19th place, just two points from the bottom. Leicester have lost eight of their last nine league games and must quickly improve to avoid the drop.

However, the Foxes have kept a clean sheet in their last four home matches against Wolves in all competitions. Wolves, on the other hand, have struggled badly away from home this season, winning just two of the 15 matches they have played on the road in the league. Both teams might be happy with a point.

Both teams to score – Arsenal v Southampton

Arsenal need three points against Southampton on Friday evening to set them up for next week’s season-defining clash against Manchester City. The Premier League table-toppers are unbeaten in 17 of their last 19 home games against Southampton in all competitions and will be favourites to win this one.

However, the Gunners have kept a clean sheet in just one of their last seven home matches in the Premier League. Bournemouth, Crystal Palace and Leeds United have all found the net at the Emirates Stadium in recent weeks and Southampton will fancy their chances of at least scoring in North London.

Graham’s Bet Builder | Newcastle vs. Tottenham

Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur are both desperate for points in their fight to finish in the top four. The Magpies have lost just once at home in the league so far this season while Spurs are without a win in their last four matches on the road. St James’ Park has become a fortress for Eddie Howe’s team.

Despite this, Newcastle have scored just 23 times in 14 home games in the Premier League, suggesting Sunday’s match could be a tight affair. On top of this, Newcastle have received over 1.5 cards in 13 of their last 14 matches against Tottenham.
