Act Of Innocence (Nico de Boinville)
He ran in two bumpers last season, finishing fourth in a Listed before winning at Taunton, and he looks to be a very nice horse. This is a good Maiden, but his work has been to a high standard, and he jumps very well. We think, and hope, he could be high class, and this race will tell us a lot more.

Iberico Lord (Nico de Boinville)
He won this race in 2023, and while his form tailed off slightly towards the back end of last season, he likes soft ground and has been in very good shape at home. We might look at having another go over fences in the future, but this looks a good opportunity for him, and he has a solid chance in what is typically a very competitive Handicap.
ELSEWHERE
We have quite an important start to next week, where Lulamba and That’s Nice could make their chasing debuts at Exeter on Monday. Both have schooled very well, and we hope they will have a good season ahead of them. Lulamba has grown a lot over the summer and developed into a very handsome individual, so I’m really excited about what he can do going forward. That’s Nice is a lovely mare and from a family we know well, being out of Bloody Mary, who was Grade Two placed at the Cheltenham Festival.
