Player to score – Cole Palmer (Manchester City v Chelsea) 5/2

Manchester City and Chelsea will meet at Wembley this weekend with a place in the FA Cup final on the line. Pep Guardiola’s team is at a low ebb following their Champions League elimination at the hands of Real Madrid on Wednesday, but they can still take another step towards a Double by beating Chelsea.

Cole Palmer, however could stop City from achieving this such is the incredible scoring form of the 21-year-old right now. Palmer has found the back of the net 11 times in his last seven matches for Chelsea and is still remarkably priced 5/2 to score at any time against his former club in the FA Cup.

Over 2.5 total goals – Luton v Brentford (8/15)

Luton Town have earned a reputation for being one of the most entertaining teams in the Premier League this season, albeit not always for positive reasons. The Hatters tend to be involved in chaotic matches and have’t kept a clean sheet since a win over Brighton in late January. They score goals, but also concede them.

There has been over 2.5 goals in five of the last six meetings between Luton and Brentford in all competitions with the Bees also somewhat known for being better in the attacking third than in defence – they have score five goals in their last two games. There could be goals at Kenilworth Road this weekend.

Match to be a draw – Everton v Nottingham Forest (5/2)

There will be plenty on the line at Goodison Park on Sunday when Everton and Nottingham Forest with both teams scrapping to save their Premier League status. There is just one point between the two relegation rivals heading into this match. The outcome of Sunday’s game could have a big bearing on who goes down.

Forest have drawn three of their last five league matches while Everton are fresh from a 6-0 thumping at the hands of Chelsea on Monday. There wasn’t much between the two teams when they met at the beginning of December and there’s unlikely to be much between them in this encounter.

Both teams to score – Coventry City v Manchester United (13/20)

Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final between Coventry and Manchester United will be lopsided in terms of talent, but the Championship team will have opportunities to find the back of the net. This is because Manchester United are on a run of seven straight matches in which they have allowed the opposition 20 shots or more.

Coventry City have won just one of their last four Championship matches, but they eliminated Wolves from the FA Cup in impressive fashion in the previous round and have players like Haji Wright and Ellis Simms who could convert a chance inside the penalty box at Wembley Stadium.

This weekend’s Clasico might not have much riding on it in terms of the Spanish title race considering Real Madrid’s commanding eight-point lead at the top of the table, but it still promises to be a blockbuster encounter at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Both teams have scored in the last three Clasicos while there has been over 2.5 goals in the last seven meetings between the two historic rivals. Real Madrid have won the second half in their last six matches, suggesting they will peak after half time. Rodrygo has also earned a reputation for delivering in the biggest matches – as he did against Manchester City in the Champions League.
