Player to score – Bruno Fernandes (Bournemouth v Man Utd) 43/20
Bruno Fernandes has enjoyed more productive seasons in the Premier League than the current one, but the Portuguese midfielder has found his scoring touch recently, finding the back of the net in each of his last two games for Manchester United and three times in his last four league outings.
United are struggling for consistent form and have likely given themselves too much to do to catch Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur ahead of them in the Premier League table, but Bournemouth have kept just one clean sheet in their last five games. The visitors to the Vitality Stadium will have chances.
Over 2.5 total goals – Newcastle United v Tottenham (7/20)
Saturday’s early kick-off promises to be one of the most compelling fixtures in the Premier League this weekend with Newcastle United hosting Tottenham Hotspur. There has been over 2.5 goals in 10 of the last 11 meetings between these two teams at St James’ Park and there’s good reason to believe Saturday’s game will also produce goals.
Spurs have scored two or more goals in 13 of their last 16 league matches. There has also been over 2.5 goals in 13 of the North London outfit’s last 14 games in the division. With plenty on the line for both sides, Saturday’s match could be an exciting encounter that sees Newcastle and Spurs do damage to each other.
Match to be a draw – Nottingham Forest v Wolves (5/2)
Nottingham Forest enter this weekend above the Premier League relegation zone on goal difference. Nuno Espirito Santo’s team desperately needs points to avoid the drop and Saturday’s home match against Wolves presents an opportunity with the visitors on a run of four games in all competitions without a win.
After a generally positive campaign, Wolves have suffered a dip in form recently. They are without a win in their last three league matches away from home. However, the last three games between Forest and Wolves have ended in a draw and it’s possible this weekend’s fixture could have the same outcome.
Both teams to score – Cadiz v Barcelona (17/20)
Barcelona claimed an important away win over Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League during the week, but with the second leg coming next Wednesday there’s every chance Xavi Hernandez will rotate his squad for Saturday’s La Liga game against Cadiz. After all, Barca don’t have much to play for domestically.
Cadiz are fighting relegation near the foot of the Spanish top flight table, but they have scored in each of their last three home games. Barcelona are on a run of successive clean sheets in La Liga, but have looked vulnerable defensively at times this season. Their second string team could struggle away from home.

Arsenal can’t afford to rotate their squad after Tuesday’s Champions League blockbuster against Bayern Munich such is the stiff competition at the top of the Premier League table. The Gunners are in the midst of a title race and have won 10 of their last 11 league matches with their one draw coming away to Manchester City.
Kai Havertz has netted nine times in the Premier League this season and will be a threat against Aston Villa this weekend with his intelligent movement. Villa have scored over 0.5 goals in each of their last five away games and will fancy their chances of finding the back of the net at the Emirates Stadium.
