LINGFIELD PARK – SUNDAY

12:05

Kingston Pride (Nico de Boinville)

He’s a handsome son of Kingston Hill, with a lovely pedigree that stretches back to Trabolgan, and he won his Point to Point well. He’s all schooled up and ready to go over Hurdles, but I feel a run in a Bumper will be good education for him and we like him a lot.

12:40

Pawapuri (Nico de Boinville)

She was very good in a Listed race at Haydock last time (over two and a half) but the drop back to two miles won’t be an issue on this stiff track and she is a very likeable mare. She’s clear on ratings, and under these conditions, she must have a very good chance.

Aston Martini (James Bowen)

She won her bumper and followed up with success over Hurdles at Hereford and is a mare we think a lot of. This is a big step up, but she’s been working well and I’m hopeful of a decent show.

2:25

Bold Endeavour (Nico de Boinville)

He’s a victim of his own consistency, although was a little unlucky not to win at Cheltenham last time and the handicapper has put him up another 2lbs. This is another competitive race but I’m sure he’ll put up another bold performance.

4:10

Kintail (Nico de Boinville)

He was a little disappointing at Cheltenham last time, but that was a good race and he managed to rip a front shoe off in the process so I think he can be forgiven. The step back up in trip will be a big plus and he should be interesting coming into his first Handicap off this mark.
