I see it is set to dry out at Haydock and that will be in his favour. I sincerely hope the course doesn’t water, as they are threatening to, as it is currently good to soft, after all. He came back after a short break to run a good second at Newbury last time and, although raised 3lb for that defeat, I thought he shaped very well there and hopefully he remains on a competitive mark. That run last time showed us he stayed this 3m trip well, and he is a 6yo with upside.
