He is a horse on the up, following up his Wetherby win with a success under a 7lb penalty at Doncaster last time. I don’t think the better ground here will be a problem at all, and he has a very decent shout. We will find out a lot more about him here, but he comes here in top form.

He came to us after winning his point in November, and I thought he shaped well for me at Newbury last time. That came on heavy going but I’d like to think he will be seen to even better effect on this good ground.
