2.00 Cheltenham – Hurdle (2m)
Allmankind should score on his first start since finishing third in the Triumph Hurdle, having set off in his typically front running style. On that occasion he tried to do too much in front, however you have to admire the way he stuck to the task coming up the hill.
Allmankind won here at the November meeting last season when beating another of today’s rivals Botox Has. He looks sure to follow his usual tactics and the Dan Skelton yard are in good form.

2.50 Doncaster – Futurity Group 1 (1m)
State Of Rest lost a shoe when third in the Champion Stakes to Chindit and Albasheer on good going and providing it doesn’t get too testing he is very interesting here stepping up to a mile. Tom Marquand once again takes the ride for the Joseph O’Brien team.

3.15 Cheltenham – Handicap Hurdle Qualifier (3m)
Honest Vic for the Henry Daly yard ran really well at The Festival when finishing fifth to Dame de Compagne on his last start. He was right up there and travelling really well when leading at the last before being outpaced up the hill. This step up to three miles looks sure to suit and this seven- year-old hasn’t stopped improving. The ground will suit him even if there is more rain.

Champagne Court on seasonal debut last year was finishing second at Chepstow to the smart Flash The Steel over hurdles ahead of going novice chasing with wins at Sandown and Plumpton. On his last start at The Festival in the Novices’ Handicap Chase he finished eighth and it is interesting he is back over hurdles. Champagne Court clearly goes well fresh and he has often run well at Cheltenham, finishing fourth in the Martin Pipe in 2019.

3.50 Cheltenham – Handicap Chase 3m 1f
Manofthemountain (nap) has won four of his five starts since joining Emma Lavelle’s and can make the step up here. This seven-year-old has gone up from an official rating of 110 to 137 since joining the yard and is clearly still progressing. On his first start of the season in September he beat Captain Tommy on good ground at Bangor and whilst this is his first appearance at Cheltenham, he has enough ability to take on some very experienced rivals.

5.00 Cheltenham – Amateur Jockeys’ Handicap Chase (3m1f)
Plantagenet can go one better than last year than when he was second to Petite Power after looking the winner in very testing conditions. This has once again looked the target all along and there was plenty to like about Plantagenet’s run at Kelso earlier this month when second. He is flexible on ground too and Gina Andrews has once again been booked to take the ride.
