First time cheekpieces go on and if the favourite were to underperform he does look the likeliest to pick up the pieces on this ground. An each-way bet to nothing!?

Beware the Willie Mullins raider! CIEL DE NEIGE was an excellent 3rd in last year's Fred Winter and he probably needs to win today if he's to make it back to the Festival next month. He was always bound to be popular but this is a significant gamble and he's likely to be primed for it. We're paying FIVE PLACES on this race!
