MERCERS bounced back to form when finishing a close fourth last time out and she is clearly well in on her best career form. The 5yo has run well with cut in the ground and you can certainly make a case for her in what doesn't look a great race.

TOMMY HALLINAN is having his first hurdles run for this especially shrewd handler and his form has certainly improved since he joined this yard. Therefore it's not beyond the realms of possibility that he can carry that form into today on what is his handicap hurdle debut! He's run well at the course, too.
