Our traders report that the Colin Tizzard trained 80-rated mare RUBY RUSSETT, who sports first time blinkers and is having a second start since wind surgery, has been punted in the lucky last at Fontwell today. She's yet to win in 18 starts but she has placed off of higher and if the blinkers and wind op have the desired effect, she can go close yet again this afternoon.

VALLEY BELLE has been well supported for the opening contest at Wolverhampton this evening. She'll need to break better than she did last time but box 1 is no bad thing if she does and a mark of 58 certainly wouldn't be beyond her on best form.

The first time cheekpieces, and booking of Adam Kirby, might explain the gamble on VERY HONEST. Short-headed into second at Lingfield as recently as Wednesday, his chance is there for all to see and punters haven't been looking to complicate things!
