Magic Warrior (Ryan Moore)

He was quite keen at Newmarket on debut and then got tired before staying on nicely up the hill so that run will have done him a lot of good and I think he’ll improve plenty for it. This looks a typically decent novice, as you’d expect for the track, but I do think he’ll go pretty well.

Mark Of Gold (Andrea Atzeni)

He’s always shown a decent level of form and I think the step up to a mile and a half could bring out even more improvement. He’s got a great attitude, handles any ground, and is the type who could end up doing really well in the decent Handicaps over this sort of trip later in the year if he continues his progression from last year.
