1.30pm Cheltenham
Peaky Boy
Encanto Bruno is the obvious one to beat on his winning form here in October but there are a few unexposed and progressive horses against him, including our horse, Peaky Boy. He did it well for us on his debut for the yard here on New Year’s Day, the form of which has worked out well, and I’d like to think he has a big run in him here.
2.05pm Cheltenham
Pentland Hills
He obviously didn’t run his race at Kelso last time, but that was clearly at a time when our horses were under a big cloud. He at least got dropped 2lb for it, and he is back on the same mark as when a good second at Doncaster previously. It’s a highly competitive handicap but he has his chance at a track at which many of his better efforts have come at.
3.50pm Cheltenham
Wiseguy
He didn’t run too badly on heavy ground at Newbury last time when switched back to hurdles after a spell chasing, and he could take a hand here off a mark of 126 if improving on that effort. The expected better ground will suit, too.
